Locus

The adaptive re-use of the new Company Headquarters is a 36,000 square foot comprehensive facility of offices and production space dedicated to direct mail marketing. The building was constructed in 1943. Originally a military warehouse, the building was eventually converted to offices. In 1993 when the base was closed, this building was being used as the Accounts Department for Norton Air Force Base. The building was selected by the owner because of its inherent potential as a key structure in the complex of recently decommissioned air force buildings. He saw the project as a pioneering venture that would influence how other buildings in the area became developed.
