Lampasi Residence |
A 6000 sf custom residence built on a hillside with a lower garage level consisting of 2200 sf of garage and garage workshop area. The design was based on an Italian Renaissance villa. The floor plan was designed within a basic H-shape with the center being an open two story great room with two sides open with columns and arches. The great room contains a 6ft. x 6ft. fireplace with recessed shelving a balconies from the second floor that open up to the space. The residence contains numerous french doors, special coffered ceilings and has extensive exterior detailing with wrought iron, cast stone and other moldings. |
